Hosting accounts and packages
Create hosting accounts, sell them on packages, and give resellers and teams their own access.
A hosting account is one customer's space on the server: its home folder, its sites, its mail and its databases. The Accounts page creates, suspends and changes accounts, and Terminated accounts keeps a record of each one that was removed.
A package is the plan an account is sold on. It sets the account's limits, such as disk, bandwidth, domains, mailboxes and databases, and which features it includes. Bulk changes moves many accounts to a new package or state at once, and Package history shows every change to a package.
A reseller owns a set of accounts and can have their own templates, limits and support links on the Reseller desk. Teams let several people share one account, each with a role that decides what they may change.
What you can see and change depends on the permissions of your panel login. Your hosting provider decides them.
