End User Licence Agreement
Agreement version 2026-10-25.1
Servoke End User Licence Agreement
Agreement version: 2026-10-25.1
1. Parties, acceptance and authority
This agreement is between Jag Journey, LLC ("we", "us") and the person or legal entity accepting it ("you"). Servoke is our hosting platform. Its internal binaries, services and paths may use the JagPanel name.
Before registration, installation or first administrator setup, you must affirmatively accept this agreement and the Servoke Terms of Service. The acceptance control identifies the agreement version and expressly includes the licence enforcement and software removal authorization below. If you act for a company, you confirm that you can bind that company. For each server you install or connect, you confirm that you own it or hold the owner's authority to install, manage, disable and remove Servoke within this agreement. Do not connect a server for which you lack that authority.
Reading a page, downloading an update or continuing to use the product alone does not accept a new agreement version. An existing customer must affirmatively accept this version before its new removal authorization applies to that customer. We keep a record of the version and text accepted, the acceptance time and the acceptance method.
2. Ownership and licence
Servoke, our proprietary software, documentation, logos, product design and brand materials are owned by Jag Journey, LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. Servoke and JagPanel are names and marks used by Jag Journey, LLC. Purchasing a subscription grants a licence to use the software, not ownership of our software or marks. We keep all rights not expressly granted.
Subject to the accepted agreements and a valid licence for each server, we grant you a limited, nonexclusive licence to install and use Servoke to manage your authorized servers and provide hosting services to your customers. You may make copies reasonably needed for installation and backup. You may not sell, sublicense or distribute our proprietary software separately, remove proprietary notices, impersonate Jag Journey, LLC or represent our marks as your own. Restrictions on copying, modification and reverse engineering apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law and do not restrict rights granted under third-party licences.
Your websites, databases, mail, backups, business records and other customer data remain yours or their respective owners'. This agreement grants us no ownership in that content. Third-party packages, libraries and services remain subject to their own licences and notices. Our proprietary licence does not replace or reduce those rights.
3. Paid licences and local suspension
A paid licence authorizes one server for its stated term and any disclosed grace period. The grace period is set by Servoke staff and disclosed with the current Terms of Service before acceptance and purchase. Each server's signed licence states the period granted to that server. A longer grace period already promised or signed into your current licence is retained for that licence and is not shortened by a change of policy. Prices, renewal arrangements and applicable grace days are shown for your plan and server. We do not charge late fees. A server without a licence cannot use the Servoke management panel or CLI except the access needed to connect, license, obtain support and recover service.
An expired licence continues through its applicable grace days. After those days, Servoke locally locks its panel and CLI and stops the web and database services it manages until the licence is renewed. Hosted sites and applications that depend on those services can become unavailable. Mail and DNS are not stopped by this licence lock. Customer files, databases, mail, backups and configuration are retained. Renewal restores services stopped by the lock. This local enforcement is distinct from the limited software removal authorization in section 4.
4. Express authorization to disable or remove Servoke for nonpayment
By affirmatively accepting this agreement, you expressly authorize Jag Journey, LLC to remotely disable Servoke's own management functionality or remove Servoke's own software from an authorized server when its paid licence has expired, remains unpaid after the applicable disclosed grace period, and we have given at least seven calendar days of separate written notice through your Servoke account or a Servoke support ticket. The notice must identify the affected server, the unpaid licence, the proposed action, the earliest action date and how to renew or dispute the matter. The removal notice period may run concurrently with the grace period; it does not add a second grace period. Removal may occur only after both have ended, at the later of licence expiry plus the applicable grace days and the notice time plus seven calendar days. A longer promised grace or a later notice moves that date later. We will pause removal while a timely dispute about payment or server authority is being reviewed and will not proceed if payment has been confirmed or authority is uncertain.
This authorization covers only our binaries, panel and broker service units, temporary files, management integrations and settings used exclusively by Servoke. It authorizes removal of our product and brand from those product components. It does not authorize deleting or purging customer sites, databases, mail, backups, customer account or state records, audit or acceptance history, or third-party software. It does not authorize removing shared configuration or stopping or disrupting third-party hosting workloads as part of removal. We must preserve customer data and the services on which those workloads depend, including resolving any service stop held by the local licence lock before removing the component needed to restore it.
Removal ends access to the Servoke management console and its product functions. The customer remains responsible for managing the remaining server and third-party services. For nonpayment removal, you authorize us to retain a recovery service, a protected copy of the installed build and installer, and helpers needed by existing hosted workloads. The recovery service opens no management listener. It periodically asks the disclosed licensing service for your server's licence, verifies its signature and server identity, and automatically reinstalls Servoke when it confirms a valid renewed paid term. This restores the retained build; normal updates resume afterward. If verification or reinstallation fails, recovery retains your data and retries. An account payment alone cannot restore an offline server or one that cannot receive its renewed licence. We will identify what was removed and what was retained, and retain a record of the authorization, notice and action. We may decline or defer an action that cannot be completed within these limits. Actions outside these limits are not authorized.
5. Customer-requested removal
You may request removal through Servoke support. A request from the server owner or an authorized administrator is a separate authorization, recorded for that server and its agreed scope. Any request to delete retained panel state or other data requires a separate, specific confirmation after the affected data and consequences have been explained. The general nonpayment clause never authorizes a purge. You can also stop using the product and remove its software using the documented local procedure.
6. Operations, support and lawful limits
Keep independent backups and ensure that you have the rights needed to administer the server and its tenants. Support access and administrative actions must use authorized access and are recorded. Root SSH access you give us through the encrypted server access form on a support ticket is used only for the work requested on that ticket, each view of it is recorded, and it is deleted when the ticket is resolved or closed or when you remove it. This agreement does not grant unrestricted access to your server or permission to use a separate undisclosed access channel.
Software and support are supplied under the accepted plan and applicable law. Except for commitments expressly made in writing or required by law, we do not promise uninterrupted service or suitability for every purpose. Nothing in this agreement excludes rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow a contract to exclude, authorizes unlawful access, or makes every contractual clause enforceable in every jurisdiction.
7. Changes, ending the licence and contact
We publish updated agreements with a new version and require affirmative acceptance before new material obligations or removal authority apply. We do not backdate acceptance or replace the historical text of an accepted version. If you do not accept a revised version, contact support to arrange the end of your use under the existing agreement and any rights required by law.
When your licence ends, your right to use our proprietary software ends subject to any applicable grace or transition terms. Ownership, third-party rights, limits on removal, retained acceptance records and accrued obligations continue as applicable. The Servoke Terms of Service accompany this agreement. The limits and safeguards in section 4 control any software removal authorization described in those terms.
Customer service is provided only through Servoke support tickets. For licensing, removal, agreement copies, disputes or other assistance, open a ticket in your server's Servoke Support Center or at https://servoke.com/dashboard/support. One-on-one administrator time, and the private contacts that come with it, is available only as described in the Terms of Service. Signed-in customers can also open and answer agreement, payment and removal questions at https://servoke.com/agreement without accepting the current agreement. Sales requests may use https://servoke.com/dashboard/quotes. No personal or direct staff email address is a public support contact.
