The Certificates page lists the TLS certificate each site serves, when it expires and how it is renewed. Free certificates are issued and renewed for you while the domain points at this server.
A renewal can fail when a domain no longer points here or its DNS does not answer. The page says why, and renews again once the cause is fixed.
