Servoke Terms of Service
Agreement version: 2026-10-25.1
1. Your agreement with Jag Journey, LLC
These terms govern your Servoke account, purchases, support and product use with Jag Journey, LLC. The Servoke End User Licence Agreement (EULA) governs the licence to our software and the limits of authorized actions on your server. Accept both through the affirmative acceptance control presented at registration, installation or first administrator setup. Keep or download a copy before accepting.
You confirm that you can enter this agreement and, if acting for a company, bind it. You must own or be authorized by the owner to administer each server you connect. You are responsible for giving your own customers any notices and obtaining the permissions required for the hosting services you provide. Your assent cannot grant rights over servers or content for which you have no authority.
2. Accounts, plans and payment
Provide accurate account and billing information, protect account access, and keep your account contact details current. Your selected plan, price, server quantity, payment schedule, renewal terms and any trial or grace period are disclosed before purchase. Renewals and charges follow the plan and payment authorization you accept. We do not charge late fees. Monthly prices are the prices disclosed for your selected plan, rather than a permanent price promised by these terms. Additional support work or other purchases require their own disclosed price and authorization. Cancellation ends future renewal as stated for the plan; refunds and rights required by applicable law remain available.
Each server requires a valid licence. The grace period is configured by Servoke staff and disclosed with these terms before acceptance and purchase. Your server's signed licence states its applicable grace days. A longer period already promised or signed into a current licence is preserved for that licence when policy changes. An unlicensed server cannot use the Servoke management panel or CLI except access needed to license, connect, recover and obtain support. After a paid licence expires and its applicable grace period ends, the server locally locks the panel and CLI and stops the web and database services Servoke manages until renewal. Your hosted websites and dependent applications can become unavailable. Mail, DNS and customer data are retained. This licence lock and its service interruption are disclosed parts of product use.
3. Our intellectual property and your data
Jag Journey, LLC retains ownership of Servoke's proprietary software, copyright, documentation, logos, product name and brand materials. A purchase gives you the licence described in the EULA and does not transfer ownership of our software or marks. Do not present our product or brand as your property or remove our proprietary notices. Third-party components retain their respective licence terms and owners.
Your sites, databases, mail, backups and customer data remain yours or their respective owners'. You are responsible for lawful content, hosting administration, security, independent backups and the rights of your own customers. We obtain no ownership of your content by providing Servoke.
4. Explicit authorization for nonpayment removal
Your affirmative acceptance expressly authorizes Jag Journey, LLC to remotely disable Servoke's own management functions or remove our proprietary Servoke product components from your authorized server for an expired, unpaid licence, subject to all limits in EULA section 4. Both the disclosed grace period and at least seven calendar days of separate written notice through your Servoke account or a support ticket must have ended first. The notice period may run concurrently with grace and does not add a second grace period. The earliest removal is the later of expiry plus the applicable grace days and the notice time plus seven calendar days. A longer existing grace or a later notice moves it later. The notice identifies the server, unpaid licence, proposed action, earliest action date, and renewal or dispute route. A timely payment or authority dispute pauses removal for review.
Only product-owned binaries, management service units, temporary files, exclusive settings and integrations may be removed. Your customer sites, databases, mail, backups, third-party packages and hosting workloads are preserved. Customer state, audit and acceptance records are not purged. Shared service configuration cannot be removed under this authority. The general clause cannot authorize deleting tenant data or using an undisclosed access channel. EULA section 4 controls the full scope and safeguards.
Removal ends the Servoke console and its functions. For nonpayment removal, you authorize the retained renewal recovery service, protected build and installer copies, and helpers needed by existing hosting workloads described in EULA section 4. Recovery opens no management listener and automatically reinstalls Servoke after verifying a valid renewed paid licence for your server. It preserves data and retries failed verification or reinstallation; a server must be online and able to obtain its renewed licence for automatic recovery to succeed. You remain responsible for the remaining server and third-party services. The local licence lock is a separate operation; its temporary web and database service stop must be resolved before removal leaves those services without the component needed to restore them.
5. Support, notices and acceptance records
Servoke customer service is provided only through the Servoke support ticket system: the Support Center in your server's panel and https://servoke.com/dashboard/support. Open a ticket for assistance, payment disputes, removal requests and agreement copies. We do not provide support by email, chat, social media, phone or any other channel, and a message sent any other way is not a support request. Signed-in customers can also open and answer agreement, payment and removal questions at https://servoke.com/agreement without accepting the current agreement. Subscription cancellation remains available while you review or decline revised terms. Sales requests may use https://servoke.com/dashboard/quotes. Requests to remove software or delete specific retained data require authority for the affected server and a recorded scope. A general nonpayment notice does not authorize a data purge.
If you need one-on-one help from a person beyond ticket support, ask for it on a ticket. One-on-one administrator time is billed at $299 per hour. It is quoted and billed on the ticket and starts only after you authorize the charge. While that engagement is active and the work requires it, we may give you a direct email address, a Slack channel or a phone number for that engagement only. Those contacts are private to the engagement, are not public support channels and end when the engagement ends.
If Servoke does not install on your server, we help through a ticket when you give us root SSH access to the affected server, either an SSH private key for the root account or the root password. Provide it only in the encrypted server access form on your ticket at https://servoke.com/dashboard/support, never in a ticket message, email or chat. We store it encrypted, show it only to Servoke staff working that ticket, record each time it is viewed and show you that record, and delete it when the ticket is resolved or closed or when you remove it, which you can do at any time. Giving access authorizes only the work requested on that ticket. Change the root password or remove the key from the server when the work is done.
Agreement and enforcement notices may be provided in your Servoke account or support tickets. Check those channels and keep contact information current. We retain evidence of agreement acceptance, including the exact version and text, acceptance time and method, account or installation identity and relevant request metadata such as IP address and browser information. These records support contract administration, security, disputes and compliance. They are not erased by a general software removal action. Separate applicable privacy and statutory retention requirements continue to apply.
6. Changes and legal limits
New material terms require an affirmative acceptance of the identified updated version. Existing users are not treated as having accepted this removal authorization merely because they registered before publication, receive an update or continue using the product. We retain the historical accepted terms. If you decline a new version, contact support to arrange the end of use under the existing agreement and applicable rights.
Nothing here authorizes access beyond your actual server authority or the EULA limits, overrides third-party licences, excludes mandatory consumer rights, or excuses responsibility that applicable law does not permit us to exclude. Electronic acceptance is intended to record your agreement; enforceability remains subject to applicable law. If a provision cannot lawfully be enforced, the remaining provisions apply to the extent permitted by law.
Current policy disclosed for new licences
The current grace period for a new licence is 7 calendar days after its expiry. This is the policy displayed when you accept these terms. A different period disclosed for your specific licence controls that licence, and a longer period already promised or signed into a current licence is preserved for that licence. We do not charge late fees.
