Accounts per licence. Servoke: Unlimited on every server. No fee per account, ever. Webmin and Virtualmin: Virtualmin Pro licences cover 10, 50, 100, 250 or unlimited domains on one system.
Licence. Servoke: Commercial licence per server, checked on the server from a signed document. Webmin and Virtualmin: Webmin is BSD licensed and Virtualmin GPL is GPLv3, with Virtualmin Pro sold per system.

Bring accounts across: The Virtualmin importer is written and in testing with real backups. Until then, move files and databases with SFTP and the database tools.
